Background
Chris joined us from Thomson Reuters in 2006 as the financial controller of our advice brand, National Accident Helpline. Qualifying as an accountant in 2009, he's a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). With 15 years' experience working in personal injury and conveyancing, Chris has an exceptional knowledge of these sectors and the major parts we play in them.
Skills
Besides the precise financial management skills you'd expect of an experienced accountant, Chris brings with him a wealth of analytical expertise that enables him to manage finances across the group in a way that anticipates market trends.
Chris' role
Working closely with the finance teams and senior management across our Personal Injury Division, it's Chris's job to plan and operate the integrated financial strategies that ensure strong financial performance.
Outside the office
Chris is a big fan of live music and likes to relax on the water, rowing competitively for his local club.
