Gemma's career trajectory has been marked by notable achievements, transitioning from recruitment to specialising in training and employee relations which she has practised across diverse industries such as construction, automotive, and now the legal sector. While her journey into the legal field was guided more by the values and culture of the company rather than a specific sectoral interest, Gemma's dedication to personal and career development aligns seamlessly with our organisation's values.

Encompassing a blend of interpersonal, leadership, and strategic skills, Gemma has excellent change management and collaboration abilities that are put to use, daily. With a natural ambition and enthusiasm for continuous growth, Gemma is poised to make significant contributions to our team and drive forward our commitment to excellence and employee development.

As People Director, Gemma is not just in charge of hiring and keeping the best employees, but she makes sure everyone feels safe to be themselves at work, helping them grow in their careers and as individuals. Gemma's main priority is to ensure the company has happy, motivated employees who can work together to achieve unified success.

When she's not playing taxi to her three girls and all their clubs, or running the family's own Taekwondo club, Gemma tries to get on her sewing machine or Cricut machine to wind down.
